The steps are easy and intuitive:
  • Click on the picture of the homage chosen (or on QUICK VIEW if you want a quick viewing) to see the picture of the product, its description and the reviews related to the same.
  • Click on BUY.
  • Fill in the order form with the data sender, those of the recipient of the flowers, including a telephone number, the message (optional) you want to convey and the mode of payment.
  • Clicking PLACE AN ORDER you will redirect you to the secure platform where you can make in a simple and clear manner the payment.
In any case, our staff is always available to provide support in all phases of the compilation of the order or to clarify any doubts.
Upon completion of the order and received confirmation of payment, it will be sent to the e-mail address of the sender a summary with all details. The order will go into production to be processed at the date of delivery choice when purchasing.
The ways that our store accepts are: Credit cards, PayPal and Bank transfer and Postal. The selection of the mode of payment is made on the checkout page simultaneously inserting data of the sender and recipient. Once the choice is made and clicked PLACE AN ORDER:
  • In the case of "Credit card or PayPal you will automatically be redirected to the secure payment platform PayPal where select the circuit and insert the card data or sign in if you are owners of PayPal account and you have selected it as a method of payment. Once you have entered data and completed payment, you will be redirected to the confirmation page that will communicate the completion of the order with a summary of data.
  • In the case of "Bank transfer or Postal"the system communicates that we are awaiting accreditation and IBAN to which to make the payment. In this case the order will be processed only once that our store will receive accreditation.
International Flora prefers payment via "Credit card or PayPal" for the following reasons: - Reliability, simplicity and security of the PayPal platform that guarantees the confidentiality of the data entered by the user during payment and shall immediately notify our store that the transaction was successful. - The speed with which the order is processed. In fact, unlike the transfer or other solutions such as postal money order or countersign, the online payment is immediate and allows you to process shipments in a day or in a few hours. Our staff is always available to provide support in the payment step and give more detailed information.
Yes, but the order must be completed within 18 hours of the previous Saturday.
If you have any additional information about your order and then to the delivery of the flowers, please send a separate email to assistenza@internationalflora.com indicating the order number you received via e-mail or please contact us at our phone number 0171/1936262.
Flowers deliverd by InternationalFlora are always fresh products and, for this reason, it isn't always available the entire assortment , so it is possible that the floral gift is slightly different from that illustrated. We guarantee, however, that the same will be made up exclusively of fresh flowers with the taste and creativity of our floral designers associated.
We accept all major credit cards accepted by Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, PostePay, American Express, Diners Club, JCB.
Yes, our local florist is always aware of the presence in the house of the recipient.
